　　来到晋级好习惯特训营学习了两天了，第一天的课程让我觉得理论的内容太多了，我在想花这么大的劲来这里学习似乎有点后悔了。自己本身的工作很忙，要做的事情很多，理论篇我觉得我懂了，但是今天一整天下来让我觉得很值。

　　我领悟到好习惯特训营要开好，没那么容易了，一早首先大张老师讲的教师配置，课程设置，听听简单，做起来可有学问了，在招聘教师的问题上，让我学到了如何招聘老师，在课程设置中，如何开展游戏，让我懂得了开展游戏的重要性，在我现实工作中去和指导老师开展游戏，如何让老师提高开展游戏的能力。下午开展的如何做好室内活动课，在3个小组的课程演示中，我觉得老师们已经上的很不错，后来大张老师上台评价全部不过关，让我们重新上。虽然我没有上台，但在老师们上的过程中，我又提升了一步，晋级教育老师们对工作的认真，严谨值得我学习，一步步的演练，手把手的教学，直到过关为止。

晚上开展的如何上好团队游戏课，我也大开眼界，游戏的导入，规则，加分细则，总结，这是开展团队游戏课的要求。

一整天的学习，回到寝室已经11:30了，我静静的在想，这么会拼的一帮人，这样一个团队，跟着他们，还有什么事情做不了，加油努力！一天24小时属于每一个人，有多少人在拼呢！
