1、真正长期有效的培训是依靠内部讲师团队，因为内部讲师是最了解企业实际需求的、且成本最低。但是，企业内训师的短板就在于授课技巧与课程开发的专业能力不足。

2、培训课程开发是培训师的核心能力，能否开发出满足培训对象切身需求、具有一定理论深度、课堂教学效果良好的培训课程是衡量一个培训师水平的重要标志。

3、通过有效的课程开发，结合企业管理中的有效情景模式，开发和萃取出企业管理实践中宝贵的经验和案例，推动企业培训管理工作进入新阶段。
